Refund Policy

At Aviators Of Tomorrow, we strive to provide the highest quality pilot training experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

A student can apply for a refund of the registration fee paid ONLY within the first 3 days from the date of payment of the registration fee for the particular course irrespective of the fact whether the same was attended by the student or not. After the expiry of the first said 3 days, the student will not have the right to seek any refund (full or part) on the fee paid. 

Cancellation of Course by Aviators Of Tomorrow

In the unlikely event that Aviators Of Tomorrow cancels a course, all fees paid will be fully refunded.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund, students must submit a written request to the Admissions Office, clearly stating the reason for withdrawal.
  2. If the refund sought is within the preview of the Refund Policy as laid down by Aviators of Tomorrow, the said refund will be processed within maximum 14 working days from the date of receiving the complete withdrawal request.
  3. All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment. 

Special Circumstances

In cases of severe illness, accident, or other extraordinary circumstances that prevent a student from continuing the course, the management may consider a refund, in part or full at the sole discretion of Aviators of Tomorrow management. Proper documentation, as asked by Aviators of Tomorrow, must be provided to support such requests.

Expulsion

In case of expulsion due to misconduct or violation of institute rules, no refund will be issued.

Grievance Redressal

Any disputes regarding refunds will be addressed by the Grievance Redressal Committee of Aviators Of Tomorrow. The decision of the committee will be final and binding.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
