Captain Anuraag Singh Armaan
Programs Director
An experienced airline pilot with over fifteen years of experience in Alliance Air and Air India Express. A skilled professional having a thorough knowledge of modern aviation, aircraft systems, and also with designing, handling, and delivering specialized pilot training programs.
Captain Prasad Herath
Advisor for Training and Standards Compliance
An immensely experienced training Captain and designated examiner with an in-depth knowledge of the aviation industry. Worked across multiple areas like compliance and safety standards, developing flight training curriculum and materials, performance auditing, and regulatory compliance. Around 25,000 flying hours with command on Lockheed L-1011 TriStar, Airbus 320/330/340/380 with Sri Lankan Airlines and Etihad Airways.
Cdr Aruna Ranganathan (Retd)
Advisor
He brings a plethora of experience from his time in the Navy and his extensive Civil Aviation experience. He has worked with Massey University as a lecturer, Etihad’s Cadet Pilot Program, and is now a senior lecturer at an Australian University. Given his extensive training background and educational qualifications, he is uniquely qualified to construct pilot training programs optimized for learning and cultivating knowledge.

Meet our accomplished Psychologist & Human Factors Specialist, with a Master’s in Human Factors from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University. With experience at Etihad Airways, she developed CRM programs and conducted engaging workshops. Her passion lies in optimizing human performance and well-being in high-stakes environments.
